• Members are obligated to a 1 year membership, consisting of 3 total allocations (2 or 3 bottles 3x per year, for a total of 6 or 9 bottles).
• There will be 3 wine club releases per year: during the months of January, May, and October.
  
• Ship or pick-up.
• A notification email will be sent prior to the release with an option to select our newest releases or to order your favorite wines.
• Those opting to have wines shipped will be charged directly to member's credit card (including tax and shipping).
• Pick-up members must obtain their shipment within 30 days of it's release, or make arrangements to pick up at a later date. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the order will be shipped, and you will be billed automatically for wine cost, and shipping charges.
• Shipping cost will not be refunded for the wines returned for non-delivery.
• Adult signature will be required to receive deliveries.
• After the first year, cancellation requires a 14-day written notice.

Wine Club Member must be 21 years of age and have a Texas address in order to join the Texas Legato Legacy Wine Club, and receive wines at time of shipment.
